The Service Fee, or Mobile Convenience Fee, is to cover the cost of travel to your location with the truck, insurance, tools and equipment to perform the service. This replaces your cost to transport your RV to and from the dealer. For any warranty repairs, the service fee usually will not be reimbursed by the manufacturer. It may or may not be covered by an extended warranty company depending on your policy.
Our standard Service Fee to travel to your location is $150. The service area, for the standard travel fee, is represented by the green circle in the map to the right. Areas outside of the green circle will have a higher travel fee.
Travel on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be higher as well.
The standard hourly rate is $170/hour, with a 1 hour minimum.
This is in addition to the Service Fee outlined above.
