We're like you. We are RVers. We have been enjoying RVing with our family for over 30 years. If you're using your RV for vacation, or full timing, we understand how valuable your time is. You don't want to spend your time dealing with RV "issues". In most cases, it just isn't practical to take your RV into a dealer for service, and leave it for weeks, or months, on end.
Our goal is to get you "back on the road again", or at least, back to enjoying your RV lifestyle.
Even though I've worked on RVs for a long time, I am also trained through the Recreational Vehicle Service Academy in Palmetto, Florida. This is your assurance that I can effectively address your issues. Whether it is diagnosing an appliance that's not working correctly, servicing bearings, or performing more routine maintenance, I've been trained to do it effectively, and more importantly, safely.
I am also an RVTI Certified Level 4 Master Tech , and have taken training directly from Lippert, AirXcel, Dometic, Truma, Norcold, BAL, Victron, Xantrex, and WFCO. I am continually updating my training with the major manufacturers to provide the best service to you.
My son, Stephen has joined the business. Stephen is an RVTI Certified Level 3 RV Technician, and has been further trained by me. We look forward to him being part of our business, and getting another truck on the road to help meet our customers' needs.
With few exceptions, I use OEM replacement parts, and only use non-OEM parts when they meet or exceed the OEM requirements. I don't cut corners on parts or supplies, because I don't do that on my coach either.
Even though Customer Service is last on this page, it is definitely not last in importance. If you call us, we will promptly call you back. If our schedule gets shifted, we will communicate it to you promptly. In short, we'll treat you with the respect that has become all too rare.
